2006: Joint Venture of Bayview Aviation and D&D Enterprises purchases one EMB-120 Aircraft S/N 120.247 from Key Bank.

2006: Bayview Aviation/D&D Joint Venture sells EMB-120 Aircraft S/N 120.247 to Business Aircraft Group for operation by Charter Air Transport

2007: Bayview Aviation purchases 4 each EMB-120 Aircraft from Wilmington Trust / ING Bank, S/N 120.248, S/N 120.252, S/N 120.259 and S/N 120.262

2007: Bayview Aviation sells 4 each EMB-120 to Allegiance Air (Johannesburg S. Africa) S/N 120.248, S/N 120.252, S/N 120.259 and S/N 120.262

2007: Bayview Aviation enters into consignment agreement with major parts Supply Company taking on that corporation's entire EMB-120 rotable inventory. Over 5000 rotable items are added to Bayview Aviation's logistics warehouse.

2008: Bayview Aviation assists insurance underwriter in procurement of CRJ landing gear and structural items for return to service of CRJ200 aircraft. Contract is in excess of $1.0M dollars.

2009: Bayview Aviation acquires Dornier 328j inventory of over 6000 total parts covering over 875 line items.

2009: Bayview Aviation purchases 6000 line item expendable package from Fokker Aerotron division covering multiple aircraft types.

2009: Bayview Aviation acquires / purchases additional EMB-120 rotables package from European Airline.

2009: Bayview Aviation to manage C-check purchases and rotable repairs for airline on 2 EMB-120 Aircraft.
